  7. Receive an Enquiry ID after the request is accepted.
  8. Ayyanbhoomi contacts you.
  9. Discuss your requirements and questions.
  10. Arrange the appropriate next step or property visit.
  11. Independently verify documents, boundaries, access and suitability.
  12. Continue only after the results are satisfactory to you.

  3. Receive an Onboarding ID after the request is accepted.
  4. Ayyanbhoomi contacts you.
  5. Property information is reviewed.
  6. Public information is separated from private owner or broker information.

  8. The property may be added to the map after review; submission does not publish it automatically.
  9. Relevant buyer enquiries may be received.

  11. Both parties complete the verification and transaction processes appropriate to them.
